Pre Season Program,
I hope you are all going well. I was keen to hear any feedback or thoughts on the new Pre season package we have released this year. How are people finding the exercises? What does your pre season look like? Have you started yet or are you holding off as long as you can?
It has been quite hot in Perth so the combination of heat and goalie specific conditioning has been quite brutal. I am loving feeling fit and strong though. This is the main reason for the program, to ensure you can all start the season with a real confidence about your physical state 🙂
