It is now that time of year where clubs start meeting regular for preseason. As goalkeepers we need to ensure we are fit and ready to go so I have put together a goalkeeper specific running program which will allow you to train your agility, power and speed whilst also adding some base level fitness. Training with your team is fantastic for general fitness and group cohesion but if you get the chance to work on goalkeeper specifics then these drills should work well in your session.
